Onix-Systems ("We", "Us", "Our") respects your privacy.

Onix-Systems, LLC (i.e. Onix-Systems) is a Ukrainian organization, with legal entities, business processes, management structures, and technical systems that cross borders. This Privacy Policy applies to and covers the collection, use and disclosure of information collected through all Onix-Systems websites, including https://onix-systems.com/, domains, applications, and products. It describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information. It also details our privacy practices concerning the personal information of 3rd parties we collect on behalf of our clients. The use of information collected through our services shall be limited to the purpose of providing the services for which our clients have engaged us.

2. Collection of personal information

When you visit our website or use our services, we may collect the following personal information from you:

  • Contact information, such as name, email address, mailing address, phone number
  • Billing information, such as credit card number and billing address
  • Information about your business, such as company name, company size, business type
  • Testimonials

We display personal testimonials of satisfied customers on our site in addition to other case studies and success stories. With your consent we may post your testimonial along with your name. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us using the information listed below.

In addition to the information you provide, Onix-Systems may also collect information during your visit to Onix-Systems’ website or web-based application through our automatic data collection tools, which include cookies, analytics and embedded web links. These tools collect certain traffic information that your browser sends to a website, such as your browser type and language, access times, and the address of the website from which you arrived. They may also collect information about your Internet Protocol (IP) address, unique device identifier, clickstream behavior (i.e., the pages you view, the links you click, and other actions you take in connection with Onix-Systems website) and product information. The information Onix-Systems collects to understand your needs and interests helps Onix-Systems deliver a consistent and personalized service. For example, Onix-Systems may use your information to:

If your personal information changes, you may ask to have it corrected, updated, amended, or removed by contacting your dedicated support representative, emailing us at sales@onix-systems.com. Out of respect for your privacy, you may also choose to stop receiving marketing or promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails, accessing the email preferences in your account settings page or emailing us at sales@onix-systems.com. If you no longer desire our service, please contact us at sales@onix-systems.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide you services and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Onix-Systems takes seriously the trust you place in us. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, to maintain data accuracy, and to ensure the appropriate use of the information, Onix-Systems utilizes reasonable and appropriate physical, technical, and administrative procedures to safeguard the information we collect and process. 

When collecting or transferring sensitive information, such as credit card information on behalf of our clients, we use a variety of additional security technologies and procedures to help protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. The personal information provided to us is stored on computer systems located in controlled facilities that have limited access. When we transmit highly confidential information over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Information Related to Data Collected through the ROI Genius Service

Onix-Systems collects and processes 3rd party personally identifiable information under the direction of our Clients. We have no ownership of this information or any direct relationship with individuals whose personally identifiable information may be processed as part of providing our service.

Clients who use the services offered by Onix-Systems may submit the personal information of other individuals at their organization to register them as authorized users. It is the clients' obligation, as the data controller, to inform its authorized users about the purposes for which information about them is collected and may be used on this Service. Authorized users can update or remove their account information at any time by contacting their administrator.

Onix-Systems may collect personal information from 3rd parties to complete various transactions, such as:

  • Registrations
  • Information requests
  • Marketing
  • Survey participation

The types of personal information provided to us may include:

  • Contact information, such as name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • Credit card/billing information
  • Other unique information, such as user IDs and passwords, product and service preferences, contact preferences

If a 3rd party applicant chooses to use a "tell-a-friend" or use similar referral program on one of our clients' sites, we will ask you for the e-mail address, social media handle, phone number, or other contact information of the referred person to send an invitation to participate in the program. We do not store any of this information for the sole purpose of completing the transaction of the referral program.

  • Publically Available Blogs/Forums

If a 3rd party applicant posts, comments, indicate interests or complaints, or shares personal information, including photographs, to any public forum on a Onix-Systems client's site, social network, blog, or other such forum, any information submitted can be read, viewed, collected, or used by other users of these forums, and could be used to contact, send unsolicited messages, or for purposes out of the control of Onix-Systems. Onix-Systems is not responsible for the personal information 3rd parties choose to provide in these forums.

  • Social Media Plug-ins / Sign-On

Onix-Systems may also provide social media features that enable 3rd parties to share information with their social networks and to interact with Onix-Systems' clients on various social media sites. The use of these features may result in the collection or sharing of personal information, depending on the feature. We encourage review of the privacy policies and settings on the social media sites with which 3rd parties may interact to ensure understanding of the information that may be collected, used, and shared by those sites.

  • Disclosure of Information

Onix-Systems will not sell, rent or lease the personal information of 3rd parties except as described in this Policy. Onix-Systems shares personal information in the following ways: 

Onix-Systems retains service providers and suppliers to deliver complete products, services and customer solutions and to assist Onix-Systems with marketing and communication initiatives. These providers and suppliers include, for example, marketing and email service providers. Suppliers and service providers are required by contract to keep confidential and secure the information received on behalf of Onix-Systems and may not use it for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for Onix-Systems. Transfers to subsequent 3rd parties are covered by the service agreements with our clients.

  • Access and Choice

Onix-Systems will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide Services and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If we modify our Privacy Policy, we will post the revised policy here, with an updated revision date. If we make significant changes to our Policy that materially alter our privacy practices, we will also notify you by other means, such as sending an email or posting a notice on our corporate website and/or social media pages prior to the changes taking effect.
