Middle/Senior DevOps
Onix is looking for a system administrator with experience in Unix-servers and web-based applications setup to join our team.
Your responsibilities:
- Automating existing processes and working on “day-to-day” tasks
- Interacting with development teams to automate processes in projects
- Continuously improving system performance
- Having passion for “making things simple" and finding ways to automate daily tasks
- Delivering and deploying a final product on target servers
- Standardizing the development environment
- Configuring server infrastructure according to the requirements of a product under development
Requirements:
- Experience in configuring Linux server operating systems
- Experience in administering PostgreSQL and MySQL (knowledge of Redis, MongoDB, Memcached will be a strong advantage)
- Experience in administering Nginx and Apache web-servers
- Knowledge and understanding of DNS, HTTP and SSL
- Understanding and using of Continuous Integration/Delivery is preferable
- Experience in monitoring systems deployment
- Creating simple solutions that work
- Experience in working with Docker, Ansible, Chef and Puppet will be a big plus
- English knowledge should allow to read and understand technical documentation
