The client operates as a provider of CNC machining parts. He receives quote request from customers, provides quotes and manufacturability feedback, manages manufacturing partners to produce the parts, receive the parts and perform quality control before sending it to customers around the world.

The goal of the project was not to rethink the business itself — the client already knew how the product should function — but to implement a technological solution that fully supports and enhances existing expertise, automates routine tasks, and improves transparency across the entire order lifecycle.

While the client had a strong understanding of these processes, much of the work was handled manually. This resulted in long order processing times, complex data management, and limited scalability.
