The client approached Onix with a clear goal: build a simple, cost-effective public website that would serve as a lead-generation hub.At the same time, the platform needed to integrate with existing systems, including a separate LMS and third-party course platforms, to display courses and events while collecting structured user data.

We built a structured application system that allows users to apply for vacancies across different countries. All submissions are automatically collected, categorized, and routed to the admin panel using filters such as region and category, enabling efficient lead management.

Role-Based Admin & Curator System

We created a flexible admin panel with super admin and curator roles. The super admin can define regions, assign curators, and control access. Curators receive invitations, manage their assigned regions, and work with relevant leads based on selected categories.

Regional Contact & Lead Management

The custom dashboard and admin panel development allow managing contact persons across different countries. Leads are automatically distributed and filtered, so responsible curators or admins can quickly access relevant applications and take action.

Interview Scheduling & Notifications

We implemented a built-in workflow for scheduling calls with applicants. Admins or curators can initiate communication directly from the system, triggering email notifications to both parties and streamlining the hiring process.

Centralized Courses & Events Management

We created dedicated admin views for:

    platforms)

  • Events (with key details and
    descriptions)

Users can browse this content on the website, and when selecting an event or course, they are redirected to the client’s main platform for registration or participation.
