Cybersecurity consultants regularly prepare detailed diagnostic scenarios for client engagements. These scenarios are used to assess the readiness and response of client teams and serve as a foundation for further consulting services.
Previously, the process was highly manual and time-consuming. Creating a single scenario could take up to two weeks and requires multiple iterations, including drafting materials, reviewing them with the client, collecting feedback, and refining the content until approval.
With the growing adoption of AI across the market, we identified an opportunity to optimize this workflow, reduce effort, and improve speed while maintaining quality.

Our role for cybersecurity consulting company was to design and implement the core functionality of an AI-assisted scenario generation workflow, focusing on usability, efficiency, and alignment with existing processes.
The user initiates scenario creation and provides initial input through prompts or uploaded files. The AI agent asks follow-up questions to gather all required context. Once enough information is collected, the system generates a summary and proposes multiple scenario options.
After the user selects and confirms one, the system generates a detailed scenario and begins creating structured content step by step. All generated elements are stored as a draft, allowing the user to review progress, make adjustments, and finalize the scenario. Final validation and approval remain under human control.
We made a great effort to provide the following solutions:
AI-driven interaction flow
We developed a chat-based interface where consultants interact with an AI agent. The agent guides users through the process by asking clarifying questions, helping gather all necessary inputs before generating scenarios.

Context-aware input processing
Users can provide prompts, upload supporting documents, and add manual input. The system processes this information to build a complete context for scenario generation, ensuring relevance and accuracy.

Automated scenario generation
Based on collected inputs, the system generates multiple scenario options, allowing users to compare and select the most suitable one. After selection, a more detailed version is produced.

Structured content generation
The solution generates structured scenario data and text-based “injects,” which are progressively created and stored. This allows users to monitor the process and make adjustments as needed.

Real-time refinement workflow
Instead of multiple offline iterations, users can review, adjust, and refine scenarios during live sessions. This significantly reduces feedback loops and speeds up approval.

Data isolation and security approach
The system ensures that data is isolated per organization. Uploaded files are used only within the active session context and are not stored as a shared knowledge base.
