The main idea was to build a B2B travel agent platform for professionals in the Japanese market that would help hotels manage bookings, pricing, availability, and distribution across multiple channels.

Beenos was designed as a single workspace where hotel partners and business clients can manage everything in one place: properties, room types, pricing, availability, and bookings.

Instead of juggling multiple systems, accounts get a centralized B2B travel portal software that simplifies day-to-day operations.

A key part of the B2B travel reservation system development was connectivity.

The platform makes it easy to link hotels to external sales channels or securely share inventory and pricing data with partners via APIs. This allows hotels to scale their distribution without losing control over data or availability.

The system needed to sync smoothly with channel managers like Temairazu and TL-Lincoln, where hotel data flows in and out to multiple booking sites. Any mismatch could lead to pricing errors or overbookings — something the client couldn’t afford.

Hotels can be created with detailed profiles that include descriptions, photos, amenities, and room categories. Room setups support advanced options, such as date, price, location, and amenity preferences, age bucket, and special conditions.

We designed a clear role-based access system so that different users (managers, admins) only see and manage what they need.

We integrated the platform with Temairazu and TL-Lincoln, syncing hotel data, availability, and pricing in real time to prevent overbooking and data conflicts.

The system calculates prices dynamically based on channel rules, number of guests, length of stay, dates, and room options, ensuring consistency across platforms.

Two-way data synchronization

All updates made in the admin panel are instantly synchronized with external systems and vice versa, keeping everything aligned.

Hotel admins can confirm or cancel bookings, with automatic updates sent across channels and internal systems.

We connected Sentry for error tracking and performance monitoring, allowing issues to be detected and resolved quickly before they impact users.
