The Kropyvnytskyi City Council aimed to launch a comprehensive online platform to strengthen communication and cooperation between public organizations, city authorities, and residents.

The key goal was to create a space where civil society institutions could share their activities, publish initiatives, and increase their visibility to foster collaboration and community engagement.

The primary goal was to provide a user-friendly, accessible platform where registered organizations could interact with the local government and community, thus increasing civic awareness, engagement, and collaboration.

Additionally, the site needed to meet accessibility standards to ensure inclusive access for all citizens.

Registration and validation system

We built a special workflow whereby organizations can register and receive approval from the city council before gaining access to their dashboards.

Personal accounts for public organizations

Each approved organization receives a dashboard where they can manage their profile, publish news, and announce events.

Public register of organizations

We implemented a modern web directory with advanced filtering and search options by name, location, and category, allowing residents to discover and connect with civil organizations.

Organization profile pages

Each organization has a dedicated page containing comprehensive information such as leadership details, number of members, annual financial reports, completed projects, news, and upcoming events.

News and events section

Our team created centralized pages for news articles and event announcements from all registered organizations, complete with keyword-based search functionality.

Event gallery

Our specialists integrated a gallery feature to showcase photos from past civic events and initiatives, increasing public engagement and visibility.

Accessibility features

We configured a robust WordPress accessibility plugin with modules for users with different needs, offering options like text resizing, grayscale mode, high/negative contrast, light background, and a readable font.
