Traditional healthcare access often introduces friction for patients seeking treatment — long wait times, scheduling challenges, and discomfort around sensitive conditions.

The client aimed to create a nationwide online clinic and pharmacy model that allows patients to receive prescriptions and medications entirely online.

The core idea was to simplify the patient journey: guide users through structured questionnaires, support medical decision-making by licensed providers, and enable medication delivery directly to the patient’s home.

To support this model, the platform required clearly separated systems for business owners, operational staff, doctors, patients, and marketing.

This approach ensures clarity of roles and scalability of operations.

We built a dedicated system for business owners and superadmins to manage platform-level configuration, content, and operational oversight. This system supports control over workflows, access management, and platform-wide settings across all domains.

A separate admin environment was developed for operational teams responsible for managing day-to-day workflows related to medications, user flows, and internal processes. This system allows non-medical staff to support platform operations without accessing sensitive clinical decision-making.

We built a dedicated system for licensed medical providers to review patient submissions, conduct consultations, and issue prescriptions. The platform supports secure access to patient data, integrated communication tools, and structured workflows aligned with online care delivery.

The patient-facing system allows users to complete online questionnaires, communicate with providers, attend consultations, and manage their treatment journey. The experience was designed to be intuitive, private, and comfortable, reducing friction in accessing care.

We delivered landing pages and a supporting website using Webflow, enabling fast iteration, content flexibility, and clear communication of available services. These pages serve as the entry point into the platform and guide users into the consultation flow.

We implemented flexible questionnaire builders that adapt to different medications and treatment paths. These structured intakes collect relevant user input and support downstream medical review and decision-making.

We integrated chat functionality to support communication between patients and doctors, as well as Zoom API and calendar integrations for scheduling and conducting online consultations.
